IRC classes are designed for adults and participants must be18 or olderto participate.​ Minors are not allowed in the studio due to safety precautions.

DEADLINE TO PICK UP COMPLETED CLASS PIECES IS 2 MONTHS FROM THE LAST CLASS DATE. ANY UNCLAIMED PIECES WILL BE DONATED TO THE STUDIO OR DISCARDED. PLEASE CONTACT THE STUDIO IF YOU NEED TO MAKE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS BEYOND THE DEADLINE.

BY PURCHASING A CLASS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Studio Policy

For cancellations more than 14 DAYS before the first class day, a refund less 15% handling charge will be issued. For cancellations within 14 days before the start of class, class cost will be forfeited unless the space is resold. If the space is resold, a refund less 15% will be issued. We are unable to offer credits for future classes.

Open Studio Wheel

This class is intended for students who have basic wheel skills and are ready to refine and elevate their work while developing their personal style with guidance. Classes include weekly demonstrations to improve wheel-throwing skills and craftsmanship. Texture, decorating, and glazing techniques will be discussed and explored. Students will choose how to spend their class time with one-on-one instructor attention and troubleshooting.

Skill level: Intermediate to Advanced

Cost: $260

Materials Fee: $30 per bag of clay (cash/check made payable to Indian River Clay)

Class Dates: Saturdays May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31 & June 7, 14, 21

Time: 9am - 12pm

Length of Class: 3 hours per class/8-weeks


Materials To Bring: Apron, towel & preferred tools.
