Garden Whimsy: Clay, Texture & Wire
Create a colorful, eye-catching garden element that combines clay, texture, and movement! In this three-session class, you’ll design and build your own unique garden piece, using stamps and other techniques to create interesting and dimensional surface designs. You’ll explore how repeated patterns, textures, and decorative elements can transform a simple clay form into something truly special.
In the final session, you’ll learn the basics of working with nichrome wire and use it to assemble your fired ceramic pieces into a whimsical garden sculpture. No two pieces will be alike!
